Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service, and able to form a binding contract.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Tell us promptly at tillo3305@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Service

Top 1% Secret provides educational and motivational content, habit and task tracking, journaling, and related wellness features as part of a 66-day program. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Not medical or professional advice

The Service is for general wellness and self-improvement only. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Always seek the advice of a physician before starting any exercise, diet, or wellness program, and never disregard professional advice because of something in the app. Use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

• Access to the program and some features requires a paid subscription. Pricing, what each plan includes, and the length of any free trial are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• If you start a free trial with a payment card, the plan you chose is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers or the app store you purchased through; their terms also apply.
• You can cancel at any time from the app or your app-store account; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law or the app store’s policy, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the Service.
• Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misuse social features to spam, impersonate, or harm other users.

Posts and other content you share with the community must also follow our Community Guidelines.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (journal entries, photos, posts). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and, where you choose to share it, to other users. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Top 1% Secret and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top 1% Secret will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
