Delete your account & data

Delete from within the app (fastest)

• Open the app and go to Settings.
• At the bottom of the screen, in the “Danger zone” section, tap Delete Account.
• Enter the phone number linked to your account and the confirmation code we send to it by SMS.
• Your account is deleted immediately, you are signed out, and your data is purged from our active systems.

Deleting in the app requires a verified phone number on your account. If you don’t have one, add it in Settings first, or request deletion by email.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email tillo3305@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include the phone number or email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we proceed, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data, including:

• Your account and profile (phone/email, name, sign-in credentials and linked providers).
• Your program data — onboarding answers, habits, daily tasks, streaks, journal entries, moods, reflections, and any photos you added.
• Your attributes/XP, achievements, and season, leaderboard, and community activity (including your posts and comments).
• Your subscription profile and saved payment methods held on our side.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, transaction and tax records related to past payments. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used to re-create your profile. This deletion does not affect anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you. Residual copies may remain in our encrypted backups until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, also cancel the subscription in your app-store account — deleting your account does not cancel billing by the store.

This cannot be undone

Account deletion is permanent. Once your data is purged it cannot be recovered, and you’ll need to create a new account to use the app again.
